At Decked Out Collectables, we take care to package your order securely and get it on its way as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

All orders will generally be processed and shipped within 5 business days of receiving your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information where tracking is available.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to dispatch all orders within 5 business days, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including high order volumes, supplier delays, public holidays, courier delays or other unforeseen circumstances. If we expect your order to be delayed beyond our normal processing timeframe, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout. We send parcels with AusPost, from Ellenbrook 6069. Western Australia. Estimated time in transit will be provided by AusPost once the parcel is lodged.
